Lacking the normal room accessories
Our downstairs room was very nice. Clean. All bathroom facilities worked nicely. However there was no coffee pot. There was no hot water for tea in the morning. No iron. The lobby did not offer any of that either. While the staff was certainly professional and helpful, they had no resources to offer their guests anything other than just the room key and to answer questions.

The drapes for the glass door into our room  did not allow entry into the room easily. We were constantly fighting with the curtains just to get in and out of our door. Paradise in Isla Mujeres!
This hotel is a gem! It is a beautiful boutique hotel with an awesome pool and the rooms are super cute too. The location is also perfect- just a couple blocks from the main square. You also have access to lounge beds right on Playa Norte with drinks and there is also a restaurang. All part of the hotel! Jorge at the front desk is the best and super helpful! Perfekt placering i et attraktivt område
Synes bestemt ikke den middelmådige vurdering som er her, er fair i forhold til hvor godt hotellet er. Leder du efter luksus og høj service, med alt hvad der hører til... Så vælg et andet hotel. Men leder du efter autentisk, afslappende, rolig hotel, som stadig har både pool og store værelser, så er dette stedet. Det ligger roligt og bliver aldrig overrendt, så det er en stille oase tæt på fantastiske strande. Kommer jeg nogensinde retur vil jeg vælge det sted 10 ud af 10 gange!

Quiet, relaxing boutique hotel near Playa Norte
We didn't know what to expect at Na Balam but were pleasantly surprised. Rooms were very clean and basic but more than enough for what we needed. Pool area is nice though very shady and reminded us of Bali. Our 5 yr old loved the pool. The hotel is very quiet with only 12 or so rooms so is a little oasis. The daily yoga classes (small cost) were great and Lal was an amazing instructor, especially to our 5 year old! Only downside was how busy the beach was. We were there just before Easter and Playa Norte was crazy, very difficult to relax and not how I remembered Isla from 10 years before! May have been time of year, may just be how it is these days. Cumple con lo esperado
Claramente si es un hotel solo para dormir, las expectativas están puestas en la infraestructura y habitación, y cumple adecuadamente.
El hotel tiene servicios adicionales, como la piscina y clases de yoga, pero el principal plus está en el acceso libre a las camas del Club de Playa "Green Demon", que además es muy bueno.
En el hotel, el personal es muy amable, destacándose Jorge, de Recepción.
Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Las del primer piso son todas en tonos blancos, lo que da una sensación de relajo.  Las del segundo piso tienen techo de palapa, que les da otra perspectiva, de mayor amplitud.

Loved it here
The rooms are set amongst leafy grounds which inspire peace and rest. 
It’s in a great location very near the beach and the Main Street for restaurants and bars. 
Staff were friendly and rooms were well cleaned.

Escapada a la Isla
Volvería mil veces más! Excelente atención en recepción, ubicación ideal, arquitectura entorno y decoración paradisíacas, espacio de aseo de manos en recepción, baños de cortesía y la posibilidad de quedarte haciendo uso de las instalaciones luego del check out hicieron de mi estadía unos días perfectos!
